OPERATOR CERTIFICATIONS

1. How do I edit certifications for a batch of operators?

1. Select a device from the dropdown list and group of operators on the Certifications Tab i.e. expired, date range or active and apply.
2. Highlight the specific group of operators for the same device
3. Right-click and choose edit and place a check in the box you want to change. Enter the dates you would like to change
4. Click Save

2. Can I certify all my operators on a specific meter all at once? 

    Yes, if they are not currently certified for that device

1. Highlight all the operators who will be using the new device on the Operators Tab
2. Right click on and click Add Certification
3. Select Device and change certification dates
4. Click Save

3. On the FAQs page what does the column labeled “Recertification” indicate?

1. If a POCC uses the Recertify or Auto Recertify feature on the Recertification Page, this column will display a date.  The date shown will either have a green circle or a red square.  The green circle with a date indicates that the Recertify or Auto Recertify feature was run and the operator(s) certification date was updated.  A red square with a date indicates that the Recertify or Auto Recertify feature was run and the operator(s) certification date was not updated and therefore did not satisfy the Recertification criteria.
